TODAY, July 1st, 2010 marks the beginning of a new Era of  drivers here in Southern California;  LOS ANGELES, to be exact. Assembly Bill 91 is in full effect and as of 12:01 am first time DUI offenders must not only pay court, program fees and participate time but are subject to pay monthly for the installation and maintenance of the Ignition Interlock device.
